Subitem 1. In what situations can I return the product?
You can return a new, unused product within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: not all product categories are subject to return* in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.**
You can return the product if:
when viewing a new product, the color or size did not suit you;
the product is not what you expected;
the product does not correspond to the description or photo;
goods of inadequate quality.
Importantly! The product must not lose its appearance. The packaging, delivery invoice must be saved.

* Subitem 2. Can all goods be returned?
Unfortunately, not all. In addition to goods that have been used, according to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, it is also not possible to return:
food products, medicines and tools,
photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper
perfumery and cosmetic products
feather and down products
children’s toys are soft
rubber inflatable children’s toys
combs, combs and massage brushes
mutes (for wind musical instruments)
tulle and lace fabrics
carpet products by the meter
goods in aerosol packaging
linear and sheet metal products, pipe products, sawn materials, moldings (plinths, platbands), board materials (wood fiber and chipboards, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to the size determined by the buyer (customer)
audio-, videocassettes, discs for laser reading systems with recording
natural and artificial hair products (wigs)
goods for babies (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.)
tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, files, etc.)
jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organic formation and semi-precious stones
Look for information about the return of a specific product in the Warranty column in the product card. If the product cannot be returned, this will be indicated.
Subitem 3. What is the cost of returning the product?
You can return the product by “Nova Poshta”.
When returning the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase, the cost of shipping is paid by the customer. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs depending on the actual/bulk weight and estimated value of the goods.
If you received the wrong product that you ordered, a product of poor quality, or a product that does not match the photo on the website, we will compensate the cost of sending this return from the branch.
